Check them first

This may require adjustments to control, installation, or other types of hardware.

Check the roller mechanism

After years of use, the rope on the bamboo curtain may stop working. If the curtain cannot be adjusted up and down suddenly, please check the roller mechanism. Hold the rope in your hand and find the fastener at the end of the roller. Unplug the power cord for testing. If it looks or feels loose, it needs to be tightened again.

After getting the rope, tie one end of the rope to the left rear side of the shutter. Pull the cord back along the bottom of the lampshade and move it back to the front. After reaching the top of the shutter, pull the rope through the left front pulley. Move the material to the handle on the right pulley and place it on the plastic pulley from right to left. Now, pull down the rope in front of the lampshade. Pull the rope back and tie the material tightly to it.
